One-to-one sessions are necessary for seniors who needs more assistance and attention, especially those who are not very mobile and have a high risk of falling. More emphasis are placed to personalise programme and consultation.

A certified Exercise Physiologist will give you private instruction in physical activity and/or exercise, emphasising safety and proper technique.

Suitable for: Individuals with chronic disease (diabetes, hypertension & high cholesterol), physical weakness and falling tendencies.
