Just got back home from an amazing trip to Malaysia. It was a wonderfully rewarding trip and being a social enterprise we sought to further our social mission there. We conducted free exercise sessions at various sites and educated people on healthy ageing and wellness by changing how we age, thus giving them an opportunity to embrace successful ageing. In addition, I was honoured to have the opportunity to present at a public seminar which was jam packed with people to speak about ageng well.

Besides the various sessions, I want to highlight a kampong setup I visited. It was a recommendation from the local governmental healthcare staff. I was intrigued by a few men whom despite their age (above 60) started an association to promote healthy ageing! They had a few hundred members and they just finished their morning exercise when I arrived. We provided consultation and suggested ideas to increase their social impact.

From the humble kampong to public seminars, there was much joy and excitement as people started to see that ageing was not a mountain too high to conquer, but an opportunity to truly enjoy their golden years. Scientists are learning more everyday and we at PROAGE strive to provide the tools to the people. From genes testing, clinical exercise to nutrition and more, we have access to a successful life of wellness and happiness. Enjoy more photos!
